  • Return request must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.

  • Items marked as final sale, custom-made, or non-returnable.

  • Change-of-mind after delivery unless otherwise stated.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return:
