Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

• Nationwide (Thailand) – All provinces and regions.

• International Shipping – Selected countries (please contact us for availability before ordering).

2. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

• Custom or bulk orders may take additional processing time. We will notify you of any delays.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We work with trusted logistics providers such as Thailand Post, Kerry Express, SCG Express, and others.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, weather, or courier delays.

4. Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.

• Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain value (as advertised).

• For international orders, import duties or taxes (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.

5. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email or SMS.

• You can track your order directly on the courier’s website using the tracking code.

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, unavailability, or non-collection:

• We will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional shipping charges may apply).

• If no response is received within 7 days, the order may be canceled and refunded (excluding shipping fees).

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photos of the package and contents.

• If your package is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier and offer a resolution as per their policy.
